It's a simple concept: Send a file to anyone with an email address without using an attachment.
How it works: After you register with Dropload, you simply upload your file to Dropload, and Dropload sends a short message to your recipient with a download link for the file.
Why it's a good idea: If your ISP limits the size of your attachments and you don't have access to a FTP server, Dropload can handle it. In fact, it will accept files up to 100MB in size. After 7 days, Dropload deletes your file (whether your recipient downloads it or not). Another advantage to using Dropload instead of attachments is that unlike email, your recipient can choose to download the file (or not). Dropload can also scan files for viruses, which is an important feature in today's virus-rich environment.
