Control Panel User Management
The administrator account (every Signature web hosting account comes with one administrator account) has the ability to manage the user accounts on the web server.
With the User Management screens, the administrator can add or delete users, assign mail or ftp privledges, or disable existing user accounts.
Here is what the User Management Screen looks like:
